Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in the fire protection or construction industry.
• Proficient with Bluebeam and MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project activities across various teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
• Provide administrative support to senior project managers and assist with other tasks as needed.
