Project Coordinator – Residential Construction
Location: Kingston, ON
Salary: $65,000/year

A growing residential development company in Kingston is looking to add a Project Coordinator to their construction team. This role supports the Project Manager and site leadership across several multi-residential developments, providing administrative and coordination support throughout all phases of construction.

This is a great fit for someone early in their construction career who wants to gain hands-on experience in both site and office-side project support.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes

  • Track schedules, budgets, and procurement logs under the guidance of the Project Manager

  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Help ensure all permits, drawings, and approvals are current and properly distributed

  • Maintain organized records and support close-out processes

  • Occasionally assist with on-site coordination and inspections as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination

  • Familiarity with residential or mid-rise construction preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Buildertrend, or similar tools is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
