Intlvac Thin Film in Halton Hills, Ontario, is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive custom equipment projects from order release through manufacturing, testing, shipment and final customer acceptance. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate across Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Inventory, Service, Shipping and Sales to keep projects moving and meet customer requirements.
3–5 years of project coordination in engineer‑to‑order manufacturing and a diploma/degree in
Build complex equipment. Coordinate the people, materials, and information that make it happen.
Intlvac Thin Film designs and manufactures highly customized high-vacuum process equipment for thin film deposition, ion beam processing, research, and industrial applications.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Production team and help drive custom-engineered equipment projects from order release through manufacturing, testing, shipment, installation, and final customer acceptance.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate across Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Inventory, Service, Shipping, and Sales to keep projects moving and ensure customer requirements are met.
This is not a generic administrative project coordination role. We are looking for someone who understands—or is eager to learn—the realities of engineer-to-order manufacturing, where engineering changes, long-lead components, production priorities, supplier commitments, and customer requirements all have to come together. Salary range for this position is $65-$75K depending on qualifications.
Candidates with experience in the manufacture of custom-engineered capital equipment will be particularly well suited to this role.
Experience with:
will be considered a strong asset.
PMP or CAPM certification is also an asset.
