Job summary

Flynn Industrial Ltd., based in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers on scheduling, materials, and equipment coordination for our coast-to-coast projects.

You will organize submittals, monitor schedules, review contracts and quotations, and assist with price preparation for extras. Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Office, plus Primavera P6 and AutoCAD, will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in Construction or Engineering & Technologies program or a related educational field
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Office package, including Primavera P6 for planning, scheduling, and controlling projects
• Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD is an asset
• Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
• Strong blueprint reading skills

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life
