Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an Estimator for Waterproofing in Ottawa, ON. The role involves preparing estimates, reading specs/drawings, and coordinating take-offs for multi-scope projects across North America.

You will work in a team environment within a company known as a leading trade contractor. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction estimation, strong communication skills, and knowledge of building envelopes; basic AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction estimation.
• Ability to read specs and drawings.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Post-secondary education in a construction program.
• Great communication skills.
• General building envelope knowledge.
• Sales skills.
• Basics of AutoCAD.
