Job summary

Rexel Canada seeks a Project Coordinator based in Edmonton, AB to provide administrative support to the Project Management team and oversee day-to-day project activities. You will manage customer orders, purchase orders, and order tracking while coordinating between vendors, sales, management and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires 2-3 years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and conduct follow up on orders and reconcile final billings with customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate and interface between our vendors, sales team, management and our customers.
• Process shop drawings for approval/record purposes.
• Be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.

What You Will Do With Us

As the Project Coordinator based in Edmonton, AB you will oversee day-to-day assigned projects providing advice and guidance as required. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Project Management team.
