Job summary

Rexel Canada, based in Mississauga, is seeking a Project Quotations Specialist to efficiently quote new tendered jobs, assess feasibility of specifications, and support the quotations and project management teams. Reporting to the GTA Quotations Manager, you will coordinate RFQs, negotiate pricing, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and Westburne standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.

• Prior quotations experience in a similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with vendors, contractors, and internal staff.
• Obtain RFQs from partners and coordinate the layout of specifications including electrical takeoffs and information packages.
• Negotiate with key suppliers to obtain project pricing.
• Build brand ambassador status by supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.

What You Will Do With Us

As the ProjectQuotations Specialist based in Mississauga, you will efficiently quote all new jobs that are out for tender, which will require the ability to determine if requested specifications are achievable and in line with both the requirements of our customer and for Westburne. Reporting to the GTA Quotations Manager, you will support the quotations and project management teams.

• You will obtain RFQ’s from our partners & coordinate the layout of the specifications which will include electrical takeoffs from single line diagrams as well as assembling lighting and distribution information packages
