Our Construction Team is seeking a Project Coordinator.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing project activities and maintaining project document control. Working with the project team to ensure administrative and communication structure is maintained throughout the life of a project.

You will be closely working with the project manager in the delegation and coordination of specific job tasks. Ensuring communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders are fully implemented.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to project team.
  • Perform general project, including the review and distribution of project documentation, and correspondence.
  • Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents.
  • Maintenance of all project tracking, logs, RFI’s, SCO’s, FTQ, etc.
  • Assist with procurement and delivery.
  • Work with PM to maintain billing, scope, materials, and other job objectives.
  • Support subcontract management and processing of invoices and progress claim.
  • Assist in the coordination of the change order management process.
  • Prepare project closeout documents by collecting all relative information.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Architectural, engineering, construction management or related education preferred.
  • Process and respond to all project correspondence.
  • Maintain relationships with GC’s, suppliers, subtrades, etc.
  • Documentation, logs and spreadsheets updated as required.
  • Review project status with Project Manager.
  • Self starter who works well independently.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • Excels in a high-paced work environment.
