The Project Coordinator at Caliber Projects Ltd. is a full-time, project-based role focused on supporting construction projects by coordinating site activity, documentation, schedules, permits, trade communication, quality control, safety requirements, and project administration.
This position works with the Project Manager, Site Supervisor, consultants, sub-trades, suppliers, and clients to keep project details organized and aligned with local and provincial building codes.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful execution of Caliber’s construction projects by coordinating site activity, documentation, schedules, permits, trade communication, quality control, safety requirements, and project administration. This role works closely with the Project Manager, Site Supervisor, consultants, sub-trades, suppliers, and clients to keep project details organized, issues moving forward, and construction activity aligned with local and provincial building codes while embodying Caliber’s values of Own It, Crush It, and Love It.
The Project Coordinator (PC) role at Caliber Projects Ltd. is a full-time position that is project based. The position is best suited for an innovative, hands-on type person with excellent character. The ideal candidate will also have good communication skills and will have the ability to work in a multi-disciplined team environment. The PC should be flexible to the changing needs within a fast-paced construction environment and be able to adapt accordingly. The PC reports to the Project Manager (PM) and is responsible for overseeing the Construction activity at the project site. The PC will coordinate with the superintendent, sub- trades and suppliers concerning site construction activity in accordance with local and provincial building codes.
The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined construction environment. This person takes ownership of project details, builds positive relationships with site teams, sub-trades, suppliers, consultants, and clients, and uses sound judgment to solve problems and keep work moving forward. A strong fit for this role will bring excellent character, a proactive mindset, comfort reading construction drawings, confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and alignment with Caliber’s values: Own It, Crush It, Love It.

Success in this role means project activity is well coordinated, schedules and milestones are tracked, permits and documentation are organized, progress draws and change orders are completed accurately, and communication between the Project Manager, Site Supervisor, sub-trades, suppliers, consultants, and clients is clear and consistent. The Project Coordinator helps keep the site moving efficiently, supports quality and safety expectations, resolves issues with sound judgment, and contributes to a clean, organized, and positive project environment.
