As a Project Controller, you will be based in our Guelph or Oakville offices (hybrid-remote options available), supporting various teams in Eastern Canada. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting Project Managers on multidisciplinary projects across Ontario.
• Managing project tracking documents, costs, and subcontracts.
• Preparing cost budgets for fixed-fee projects.
• Communicating budgets and progress to project teams.
• Preparing work orders and tracking client documentation.
• Coordinating contract reviews and supporting invoicing tasks.
• Building team relationships and maintaining safety culture.
• Being flexible to support team goals with extra hours if needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent organizational, file, and time management skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and intermediate skills in Excel.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Experience in consulting engineering, construction, or professional services is a plus.
• Experience with cost estimates or supporting bids.
• Knowledge of billing software, Visio, or MS Project is advantageous.
• Interest in hybrid-remote work and a dynamic environment.
• Availability for a full or part-time schedule, 3-5 days per week.
