BRP is seeking a Development Buyer reporting to a Team Leader, Global Sourcing to help develop new products and support the supply chain at an operations level in Valcourt, Quebec.
You will build supplier partnerships, oversee component development from prototype to mass production, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure parts availability to support BRP’s growth and lean manufacturing.
We are looking for a Development Buyer reporting to a Team Leader, Global Sourcing to help us develop our new products and support the supply chain at an operations level. As part of your role, you’ll contribute to the organization’s growth by expanding BRP’s product line through supply chain knowledge and developing business partnerships with suppliers. You will also be responsible for commercial management and negotiation of the organization’s best interests with the supplier network for production components.
Salary range: 98,900 to 148,300 per year.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Start date: as soon as possible.
Position type: Permanent, full-time.
Shift: Day.
