  3. Facilitate effective collaboration and manage expectations through clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  4. Encourage regenerative approaches to design and the performance of built, social, and natural environments.
  5. Support team member development and growth through thoughtful task assignment.
  6. Manage collaboration with consultants and contractors for optimal design outcomes.
  7. Identify potential risks and raise concerns proactively.
  8. Participate in construction administration, on-site observations, and verifications.
  9. Assist in project pursuits by preparing and reviewing proposals and participating in interviews.
  10. Proficiently use Revit/BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and engage with Rhino, Enscape, Lumion.
  11. Lead code reviews and resolve special code conditions.
  12. Oversee all technical aspects of projects, supporting design and success metrics.
  13. Maintain control over technical submissions, signing and sealing documents as required.
  14. Ensure a complete, high-quality set of architectural documents that meet contract requirements.
What we look for:
  1. Bachelor and/or master's degree in architecture.
  2. 10+ years of industry experience.
  3. Proficiency in Revit and Office 365; skills in Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Rhino, Lumion are a plus.
  4. Deep knowledge of major building systems and detailing.
  5. Ability to define, develop, and organize technical delivery.
  6. Strong delegation skills.
  7. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  8. Ability to collaborate closely with project teams and mentor less experienced staff.
