Our Edmonton client is undertaking large-scale transformation projects focused on streamlining services, improving accessibility, and enhancing user experience across Alberta. We’re seeking an experienced Digital Architect with strong data architecture backgrounds for an initial 12-monht contract to guide agile delivery teams in designing scalable, secure, and citizen-centered digital solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture of digital services, from concept to delivery
• Design scalable, iterative solutions that align with enterprise vision and architecture standards
• Guide domain modeling and database schema design for both transactional and reporting systems
• Mentor developers and support agile teams in delivering high-quality digital services
• Review and contribute to code as needed, ensuring strong integration and interoperability
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence architecture decisions
• Promote reuse of common components and alignment with organizational data strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
