The purpose of the Project Advisor role is to assist the Manager in responding promptly to inquiries by consulting on customer requests, making recommendations, and converting these into detailed quotes and work orders. The role also involves using SSOF to expedite each order into production.

The ideal applicant will have strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while building customer relationships during slower periods are assets. Candidates must present a polished, professional image and be capable of managing multiple tasks daily under tight deadlines. Proven multi-tasking abilities, punctuality, and a personable, outgoing, customer-focused attitude are essential. Supervisory or customer service experience is mandatory.

Location: Onsite - Toronto, ON

Reports to: Manager

What you will be doing
  1. Assisting the Manager in promptly responding to inquiries
  2. Capturing customer specifications into detailed estimates or work orders
  3. Ensuring job specifications, pricing details, and instructions are clearly itemized
  4. Expediting work orders into production
  5. Monitoring progress to ensure completion before customer deadlines
  6. Handling cash and invoicing in strict compliance with TPH policies
  7. Verifying and updating account and contact information regularly, keeping the Manager informed
  8. Working with the Manager to maintain customer relationships
  9. Ensuring data accuracy in our systems
  10. Preparing print-ready PDF files from customer artwork
