Senior Bilingual Recruiter - HIRING ENGINEERS, MANAGERS & DIRECTORS.

Location: GTA

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and execute personal project portfolio of assigned Building Automation Projects.
2. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
3. Review control systems drawings and submittals generated by the design team for assigned projects.
4. Create Field Controller Programs and Front-End database, and modify graphics as per BAS submittals and specifications.
5. Perform point-to-point, sequence of operations, and equipment commissioning, collaborating with electrical and mechanical trades.
6. Handle third-party integrations to the BAS system, including BACnet, Modbus, Lonworks, etc.
7. Conduct software and hardware troubleshooting.
8. Maintain documentation and reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required.
9. Create marked-up drawings and commissioning notes to generate accurate as-built and close-out documents.
10. Address project deficiencies as defined by the consultant, owner, or third-party commissioning agent.
11. Document and catalog commissioning activities.
12. Submit commissioning reports.
13. Communicate project status and daily tasks to the team.
14. Coordinate tasks with electrical and mechanical contractors.
15. Perform end-user training as needed to complete projects.
16. Log hours and support tasks using the company's project management tools.
17. Participate in training initiatives.

Experience / Qualifications:

1. College Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering Technology or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Building Automation systems integration, field commissioning, and project management in commercial, institutional, condo, or multi-residential projects.
3. Knowledge of HVAC control systems.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Visio, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
5. Ability to manage multiple BAS commissioning projects simultaneously.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Effective interfacing with clients and contractors.
8. Ability to multitask between fieldwork and other responsibilities.
9. Ability to work independently and in team environments.
10. Quick adaptability to new software and interfaces.
11. Comfortable with computer operations.
12. Experience with programming tools such as Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, FinBuilder, Honeywell Spyder Tools, Johnson Controls PCT.
