Peter Lucas Project Management seeks a Project Administrator to support on-site Construction Management activities in a fast-paced project setting. The role emphasizes strong communication, self-motivation, and meticulous organization as you assist with mobilization, documentation, and daily administrative tasks.
You will interact with multiple teams, ensure onboarding requirements are met, and help manage RFIs, site Instructions, and project documentation with diligence and professionalism.

Supporting Project Managers on site, the project administrator works collaboratively with other teams, in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. To be successful, the candidate needs to have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and detailed oriented.
