Job description

Project Administrator

ZGF is seeking aProject Administratorto join our team in ourVancouver office. We are seeking self-motivated individuals who possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a proven record as a reliable administrator.

AsProject Administrator, you will…

  • Work collaboratively with project teams, other project administrators, and firm leadership
  • Prepare, process and track all project-related documents and deliverables, including fee proposals, contracts, development permitting and construction administration documents
  • Support the Project Manager / Team with workplans, project scheduling, deadlines and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate meetings and meeting set-up; write meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Assist with all general office admin tasks, events, office initiatives and reception duties as needed to support the administration team, leadership, and office
  • Arrange domestic, international travel and associated logistics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of mid-level administrative experience in a professional services office required (A/E/C field preferred)
  • Meticulous organizational and filing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Must be articulate with superb written and verbal communication skills, including excellent spelling, grammar and typing abilities
  • Able to work independently, efficiently, multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to take initiative and act proactively; instinctively following timelines and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Proficiency with Newforma, Bluebeam, Deltek Vision, InDesign preferred
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new software
  • Knowledge of architectural/engineering terminology desired

The current compensation range for this role is $75.000 to $89.000 CAD annually, dependent on education and experience.
