As a Technical Project Manager, you will provide onboarding, training, and implementation support for our SaaS products, helping new and existing customers integrate our solutions into their technical environments. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development teams to ensure a smooth post-sale transition, while guiding customers through setup, integration, and adoption. This role plays a key part in helping customers realize long-term value and success with our products.

As a Technical Project Manager at Delta-X Research, you’ll lead onboarding, training, and implementation for our SaaS products — guiding customers through a seamless post-sale experience that builds trust and delivers value.
Customer Onboarding
Lead onboarding after handoff from Sales, delivering training, coordinating internal experts, refining documentation, and ensuring long-term customer success.
Customer Projects
Manage end-to-end implementation, including kickoff, planning, coordination, and execution, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned.
Technical Enablement & Integration Support
Support customers in integrating our SaaS product into their technical environments. Translate requirements, coordinate internal experts, and help ensure smooth deployment.
Customer Support
Stay connected to Support, triaging technical issues, closing gaps in coverage, and monitoring trends to surface risks or improvements.
Customer Engagement
Foster long-term success through post-implementation reviews, training sessions, usage check-ins, and feedback collection.
Internal Projects
Support internal initiatives that improve systems, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
