The role will require regular coordination with Information Technology, Security, Administration, Human Resources, Communications, and other internal service areas.

The successful candidate must possess a valid Government of Canada Reliability Status clearance prior to commencement of work and maintain the clearance throughout the contract period.

The successful candidate must be comfortable providing workplace support and communicating professionally with employees, visitors, management, and other stakeholders in both official languages.
This position is best suited to a bilingual Senior Project Administrator, Workplace Coordinator, Office Coordinator, Administrative Professional, or Operations Coordinator with at least five years of relevant customer service, administrative, or office coordination experience.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable serving as a first point of contact for workplace-related inquiries.
They should be able to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, maintain accurate records and documentation, coordinate with internal teams, troubleshoot routine issues, and ensure outstanding matters are followed through appropriately.
Experience within a federal government, public-sector, corporate workplace, facilities, office operations, or administrative environment would be particularly relevant.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working fully onsite in Ottawa five days per week and communicating professionally in both English and French.
