Compensation range: $45,000 to $50,000 and group benefits

Full-Time Hybrid role in Ottawa

Innovation 7 is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to work in a fast-paced Architectural and Engineering environment in the Nation's Capital.

Project Coordinator - General Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects, ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, reporting directly to a preferred client.
  • Follow up proactively with stakeholders.
  • Prepare client presentations based on input from team members.
  • Manage document control and organization in a Microsoft SharePoint environment.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes virtually and in-person.
  • Format reports and package project deliverables.
  • Assist with project record-keeping and administrative tasks.
  • File, organize, and maintain all related documents digitally.
  • Maintain electronic documents in a remote access environment.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to attain Enhanced Reliability security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Architectural and Engineering environments is preferred.
  • Highly responsible, accountable, and dependable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and relevant tools.
  • Tech-savvy with understanding of modern platforms.
  • Ability to work remotely and log into our work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Strong internet connection for virtual work.
  • Fluency in French is an asset but not required.
  • Comfortable presenting to teams and stakeholders.
  • Capable of maintaining communication and coordination in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of mechanical/electrical engineering or architecture is a bonus.
