Job details

Project Administration Officer

Work setting : Construction company.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Produce reports.
  • Prepare, present and manage budgets.
  • Perform sales and marketing activities.
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Estimate materials, tools and equipment required for projects.
  • Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms.
  • Co-ordinate project.
  • Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Coordinate projects and programs.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience : 3 years to less than 5 years.

Computer and technology knowledge : SharePoint, Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Project management software, Database software, Google Drive, Microsoft Dynamics AX (x++).
