Job summary

Enviros is seeking a Program Team Lead for the Triveri House, a Place Based Supportive Housing program for youth 18–29 experiencing homelessness. The role operates evenings and weekends as a full-time 1.0 FTE, with leadership responsibilities on site.

You will facilitate group meetings, support participants with life skills, and work with supervisors to align services with trauma-informed and harm-reduction approaches. Strong communication and crisis management are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in related field is required.
• 3–5 years experience working with youth/young adults at risk of homelessness.
• Experience leading group facilitation and life skill development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly house meetings and gather participant feedback.
• Create a physically and emotionally safe environment using trauma-informed care.
• Support cultural routines and access to resources for participants.
• Use motivational interviewing to build relationships and support participants.
• Coordinate with supervisor to implement Stages of Change concepts.
• Ensure culturally relevant programming with knowledge keepers and elders.
• Maintain documentation, incident reports and program records.
• Attend staff meetings and provide crisis intervention when on shift.
