Salary: Payband G: $34.60 - $39.93
Starting Salary: $34.60; the wage is determined by the Full-Time Support Collective Agreement. Compensation is progressional within the designated payband and is based on years of service.

The incumbent will provide direct support to the Learn and Earn PSW and PSW to PN programs in the School of Nursing, Faculty of Health & Life Sciences while providing a comprehensive range of support services to the students, professors, program coordinators (PCs)/managers (PM), external stakeholders, in their assigned cluster of programming. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administrative, program, financial, human resources, student, marketing, and inter‑departmental support. The incumbent also acts as a resource to students, professors, PC/PMs, and administrators on the application of the College’s academic policies and procedures. It is expected that the incumbent, therefore, will continue to develop opportunities that directly impact the learning environment. The volume and diversity of students encountered enhances the customer service requirements of this role.
