GrowMate EdTech Inc. is seeking a Program Operations & Growth Manager (Mandarin Required) for part-time work in Richmond/Metro Vancouver, BC. You will communicate with families, present GrowMate programs, and drive enrollment while coordinating student groups and mentors.

In-person meetings are required, with some flexibility as the program grows. The role emphasizes strong Mandarin and English communication, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, small team

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese required.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Comfortable speaking with parents and following up with prospective families.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a small, fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in education, program operations, customer service, sales, marketing, enrollment, or community programs is an asset.

About GrowMate

GrowMate™ is an after‑school project‑based learning program for children ages 6–17. Students develop human skills through real‑world projects, small peer groups, and guidance from Role Model Mentors.

Work Arrangement

Part‑time, approximately 15–25 hours per week initially. Some flexibility in working hours. Must be located in Metro Vancouver and available for in‑person meetings and activities when needed. Potential to transition to a full‑time position as GrowMate grows.

Compensation

• C$26–$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week

Work Location: In person
