The Crop Production/Hay & Forage GPP is seeking a Program Manager for the Global Seeding Platform. This individual is responsible for program planning and execution, creating programs that deliver high value to the customer while achieving the financial and timing needs of CNH; ultimately to strengthen our business.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for execution of all program objectives: time, cost, quality, scope
• Develop and monitor execution plans for the entire program
• Bring together the cross-functional team in a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Drive consistent communication across the cross-functional team to meet aligned program objectives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risk.
• Facilitate program meetings and conflict resolution as needed.
• Provide visibility to issues as they arise; escalate as needed.
• Prepare communication materials and formal presentations as needed.

The annual salary for this role is $81,750 CAD - $109,000 CAD (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Engineering, Business Administration, or applicable field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in product development, manufacturing, or product validation; preferably in the agriculture.
