Position: Program Manager, Global Seeding Platform

The Crop Production/Hay & Forage GPP is seeking a Program Manager responsible for program planning and execution. The role involves creating programs that deliver high value to the customer while meeting financial and timing objectives to strengthen our business.

Responsibilities

1. Accountable for the execution of all program objectives: time, cost, quality, scope.
2. Develop and monitor execution plans for the entire program.
3. Lead and foster a collaborative, high-performing cross-functional team environment.
4. Ensure consistent communication across the team to meet program objectives.
5. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
6. Facilitate program meetings and resolve conflicts as needed.
7. Provide visibility on issues and escalate when necessary.
8. Prepare communication materials and formal presentations.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $81,750 CAD to $109,000 CAD, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or product validation, preferably in agriculture.
