The Program Manager - Electric Drive Systems Components will be responsible for the execution of Electric Drive System programs for specific components. The Program Manager leads cross-functional teams, ensures all deliverables and targets are met throughout the product development lifecycle (timing, cost, performance, quality, etc.), and acts as the primary contact for Product Team members within the scope of work. The role reports directly to the Global Chief Engineer / Assistant Chief Engineer and has a matrixed reporting relationship to the Platform Family Manager.
Hybrid : 3 days a week at ARDC. Candidates should reside in the Windsor area.
