Wolf Advanced Technology in Aurora, Ontario, is seeking a full-time Program Manager, PMO, to lead end-to-end aerospace and defence product programs. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in the office several days weekly and close collaboration with engineering, operations, and customer teams.

Requirements include a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer engineering and 5+ years of hands-on program leadership within hardware environments. PMP is a plus.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on project/program leadership in hardware-focused environments.
• Experience in aerospace/defence or adjacent industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end product/program delivery from kickoff through delivery.
• Develop detailed schedules, resource plans, and program artifacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, procurement, and logistics.
• Own program communication, risks, and key decisions with stakeholders.
• Monitor metrics, drive improvements, and manage BOM-related considerations.
• Maintain schedule ownership with hands-on leadership in a lean environment.
