AAA Canada Inc. is seeking an Engineering Program Management Analyst to join a hybrid team in Montreal, with optional Toronto consideration. This 12-month contract offers potential for permanent hire based on performance, with 2–3 days in the office weekly.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives in aeronautics projects, managing schedules, budgets, and business cases while influencing teams and stakeholders. English required; French is an asset.

Formación

• They hold a university degree in engineering or business administration.
• More than five years of relevant experience in program management.
• Strong leadership, planning, and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and ability to influence at different levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Articulate program objectives and strategy and align with business needs.
• Develop and manage strategies, schedules, and budgets for project portfolio.
• Set up schedules and business cases; guide cross-functional teams to milestones.
• Develop targets and control mechanisms; prepare status reports and adjust timelines.
• Influence multidisciplinary teams toward program objectives daily.
• Present timelines, case studies, and updates to management.
• Identify key risks and mitigation strategies; escalate as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Control program costs and support negotiations with suppliers.
