Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management within aerospace or a similarly complex technical field.
• Engineering degree or diploma required; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects tied to milestones across existing and emerging aircraft platforms.
• Drive cross-functional engineering teams to define scope, schedule and priorities.
• Coordinate change planning with stakeholders for alignment.
• Balance priorities and perform strategic schedule analysis.

• Develop visibility into budgets and resources for decisions.
