Job summary

Securitas Technology Canada, a division of Securitas AB, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for National/Key Accounts in Canada. You will manage service performance, coordinate issue resolution and lead governance reviews to align delivery with commitments.

You will drive account growth through renewals, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration, while building strong executive relationships and delivering customer outcomes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategic Account Management, Customer Success, Service Delivery, or Operations Leadership.
• Proven experience managing National, Global, or Strategic Accounts.
• Experience leading governance reviews, executive customer engagement, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage service performance for assigned National/Key Accounts and coordinate issue resolution.
• Assist with contract renewals, negotiations, profitability goals, and expanding customer relationships.
• Lead governance reviews and cross-functional program governance with internal stakeholders.
• Drive customer outcomes by coordinating issue resolution and managing delivery milestones.
• Serve as point of contact for customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Directors on reporting and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor delivery progress against commitments and identify risks to timelines or budgets.
• Lead program-level customer meetings and governance reviews across multiple projects.
• Develop and update best practices, processes, and support procedures.
• Gather formal customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
