Job summary

Wendy’s is seeking a Program Manager to drive discovery, testing, and implementation of menu and non-menu initiatives in Canada. You will lead cross-functional RSC and field teams to test, implement, and integrate new operating systems, tools, and processes across the restaurant network.

The role reports to the Sr Manager, Restaurant Operations Services and is a development track for broader field operations opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, restaurant/hospitality management or related field.
• 5+ years of restaurant operations experience including multi-level supervision.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through all phases of a project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive innovative solutions.
• Excellent influencing, consulting, and communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple projects from discovery to implementation and evaluation.
• Leads assessments, market visits, and training sessions for testing and national rollout.
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans, status reports, and updates for leaders.
• Creates training materials, operating guides and hot sheets; plans system adoption strategies.
• Provide ongoing support to franchise and field operations for new processes and opportunities.
