Job summary

MCG Careers in High River/Okotoks is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee daily program operations, guide a team, and ensure client-centred service with strict privacy and safety standards.

You will bring a post-secondary degree (or CCDP), 3+ years of supervisory experience in employment services, and strong budgeting, reporting, and collaboration skills with community partners. This full-time, in-person role offers a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or CCDP designation.
  • Experience with Government funded programs is an asset.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience within employment services.
  • Leadership in supporting diverse Job Seeker groups.
  • Experience in client-based industry.
  • Facilitation skills/Adult Learning Knowledge.
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills; negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Interviewing and assessment training.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost recovery, and funding applications.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office and web-based software.
  • Certifications in Trauma Informed Care, ATIA, and POPA.

Responsibilities

  • Experience working in a client-based industry
