Due to internal movement, MCG Careers is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Constructing Success team in downtown Calgary as a Program Manager/Recruitment Specialist.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience providing career and employment services
  • Minimum 2 years’ leadership/supervisory experience
  • Post-secondary education in a Human Services-related area
  • CCDP Certification is an asset
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices
  • Experience with government-funded program management
  • Understanding of the local labour market
  • Social media, events planning, and Business to Business sales experience
  • Experience in job placement within the construction industry is an asset
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
