Job summary

Community Living North Halton seeks a Program Lead to oversee site operations, staff development, and ensure policy compliance while delivering person-centered supports. You will work closely with Direct Support Professionals to model behavior plans, conduct audits, and coordinate daily administration and payroll.

The role emphasizes liaison with families and community partners, adherence to QAM standards, on-call rotation, and upholding CLNH policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Developmental Services Worker (DSW) or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of direct support and leadership experience in developmental services.
• Demonstrated skill in managing behavioral data, implementing BSSs, and conducting compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding, coaching DSPs and site teams; review Orientation Checklists for new employees.
• Provide structured coaching to foster staff accountability around CLNH Core Competency standards; deliver ongoing learning opportunities.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and collaborative planning focused on individual support goals and team outcomes.
