Job summary

CATSA seeks an Advisor, Program Innovation to lead, plan, develop and conduct projects supporting CATSA’s screening program, including pre-board, hold-baggage, and non-passenger screening. The role entails driving initiatives across teams to enhance security operations and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field, 4+ years in program management, and strong analytical and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with specialization in Operations Research, Operations Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or another relevant specialty.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in supporting program management, organizing and preparing documents and reports.
• Experience in analyzing operational performance data to recommend best courses of action.
• Superior English language writing skills in business, science, and/or technical writing.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and presents status reports for project risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Develops briefing notes, business cases, project proposals, project charters, trial plans, and assessment reports.
• Coordinates project teams comprised of subject matter experts.
