We are currently searching for an innovative nurse leader to join Spectrum as Program Director, Integrated Specialty Programs (Registered Nurse (RN)). In this role, you will lead the development and management of integrated care programs in collaboration with Spectrum’s Integrated Care Team, health system partners, and operational and service delivery teams, ensuring flawless service delivery.

A champion for positive health system change, you will develop and maintain key relationships with health system partners and clinical leaders to contribute to the design of integrated care models. Leveraging a One Team approach, you will lead the planning and implementation of multiple concurrent specialized care models, including defining service delivery requirements across the organization in collaboration with various external partners and patient populations. You will also support the strategy, development, execution, and evaluation of new integrated care models with our health system partners.
