TheHome Support Program Managermanages the delivery of quality personal support services to client/patients in a community setting, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards of practice. This role works closely with the Branch Manager to develop and maintain Client Service programs and initiatives related to: Service Delivery, Quality, Risk Management, Safety and Performance Management.
