Job summary

Spectrum Health Care is seeking a Program Director, Enterprise Solutions to lead enterprise-scale technology and systems modernization across the organization. You will oversee multiple concurrent programs spanning business and IT, with responsibility for governance, budget oversight, vendor management, and ensuring delivery in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering large-scale enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience delivering ERP and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with M&A integration and system harmonization.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA, low-code/no-code).
• Experience managing major SaaS/enterprise vendors and contracts.
• Certification in Agile/SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Healthcare or regulated-sector experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large enterprise technology programs including planning, budgeting, governance, risk and issues management.
• Prioritize and align multiple concurrent workstreams across business and IT teams.
• Establish robust reporting, evaluation, and accountability frameworks.
• Proactively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
• Support executive and stakeholder forums, incorporating feedback into delivery plans.
• Champion co-design approaches involving clients, families, frontline staff, and partners.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into technical requirements.
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Drive Agile or hybrid delivery approaches, ensuring compliance, testing, data migration, security, and post-go-live support.
• Design and execute enterprise change management, training, and communication strategies.
