Pay Range: $59,000.00 - $64,900.00
Adult Services is seeking a Program Coordinator for community group homes in Phoenixville, Kimberton, Collegeville, Norristown, Rosemont, and Berwyn areas. As a Program Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operation of assigned residential facilities to ensure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals, in accordance with Devereux's Philosophy of Care, established procedures, standards of conduct, best practices, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with Center Leadership to supervise Assistant Coordinators, residential program leaders, and staff, ensuring a safe, healthy, and clean environment. You will also consult with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.

The ideal candidate will... be empathetic, a team player, possess excellent communication skills, be energetic and creative, understand behavior management and positive reinforcement theories, and serve as a positive role model. You must complete eight days of new hire orientation, have a passion for working with children and adolescents with special needs, and hold a valid license. Physical requirements include significant walking, sitting, standing, some lifting/resistance (up to 75-100 lbs.), repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision, occasional use of computers and office equipment, and occasional driving of Devereux vehicles. Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches is required.
