Job Description:

Workplace Arrangements: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with 3-5 days on-site at our Ottawa Head Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication and training sessions for Franchisee Development Programs (TDP & FIT), monitor email inbox, respond or redirect messages.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions at the Home Office for new FITs.
  • Monitor participant progress, provide bi-weekly updates, maintain training trackers.
  • Analyze survey results and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Review and reformat translated content as needed.
  • Update participant folders with necessary tools.
  • Coordinate expenses related to training, onboarding, and moving.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Relevant work experience in retail
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle

Assets:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, HR, or related fields
  • Retail or corporate experience
