Job summary

The incumbent is responsible to the Program Manager/Assistant Director of Home Support Services, for the overall day to day coordination of Support Services to the community.

Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care is a large not-for-profit seniors care organization in Canada, offering a full continuum of services across the GTA with a strong focus on dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, health care, activation, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in social services or health care; supervisory experience an asset.
• Knowledge and experience in working with seniors.
• CPR certificate required.
• Police reference check with vulnerable sector screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall day-to-day delivery of Support Services to the community.
• Report to Program Manager/Assistant Director of Home Support Services.

• Current CPR Certificate required
• Satisfactory Police Reference Check (with vulnerable sector screen) result

Language Requirement:

Ability to communicate in English and Chinese

Physical Demands/ Working Condition:

Occasional travel Use of own vehicle

Salary Range:

$34.28 - $40.32
