Oxford Learning Barrhaven in Ottawa is seeking a dynamic Full-time Program Coordinator to help run our busy centre with families and students. You will manage day-to-day operations, inform inquiring parents about programs, organize schedules, set up assessments, and ensure a positive learning environment aligned with Oxford Learning principles.

The role is in-person with afternoon/evening shifts Monday through Thursday and Saturday hours.

Formación

• Minimum university degree (Credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math and Business preferred).
• Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset.
• Additional language(s) spoken is an asset - fluent French is recommended.
• Work in an educational environment dealing with medium to large student bodies.
• Experience with billing cycles required.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps).
• Strong phone skills and experience in customer service (experience in sales is preferred).

• Effectively master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy as well as coach other teaching members of the team.
• Upkeep of the centre cleanliness and hygiene.

Job details:

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online job. Relocation packages are not available. This position will involve Monday-Thursday afternoon and evenings and Saturday mornings and afternoons. The successful candidate will be trained in our systems, methodologies, and approach.Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

As the Program Coordinatoryou participate in the centre's operations, including working with multiple people from centre staff to teachers, to parents, and of course, the students! You will have the following responsibilities:

Salary Range:$50,000 - $55,000 /year

Benefits:

• Monday to Thursday - 11:00 am to 8 pm
• Saturday 8:30 am to 3 pm
• Friday and Sunday - Off
