Oxford Learning Thornhill is seeking a Part-time Education Coordinator/Teacher to work with primary, intermediate, and high school students and their parents, participating in the centre’s operations, teaching as needed, administering assessments, programming, and promoting the Oxford Learning philosophy. The role is in-person at the Thornhill location.
You will schedule, assess, develop learning plans, liaise with schools and families, and support staff while upholding the centre’s values.

Oxford Learning Thornhill is looking for an has an upbeat, passionate, committed, enthusiastic, and dynamic Part-Time Education Coordinator/Teacher to work with our primary, intermediate, and high school students and their parents. As the Education Coordinator, you will participate in the centre’s operations including teaching as needed, administering assessments, programming, and overseeing students’ programs, maintaining contact with current parents and meeting with them to discuss their child’s progress, as well as reaching out to past families to reengage them with our services, and other administrative duties. You will also be responsible to maintain an environment that ensures the Oxford Learning philosophy is being maintained throughout the centre. In addition, you will be responsible for client intakes and selling services to new clients and up-selling to existing clients. The candidate will also assist with promoting the centre. Candidates must possess a strong passion for seeing students succeed and must be comfortable teaching students when required.
This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online job. Relocation packages are not available.

As the Education Coordinator you participate in the centre's operations, including working with multiple people from centre staff to teachers, to parents, and of course, the students! You will work directly with the Centre Director as a key staff member with the following responsibilities:
