Wildsight Invermere is seeking a Program Co-Manager to support administration and programming during a 1-year maternity leave coverage. The role involves leading fundraising, securing grants, and coordinating with the Board and Bookkeeper to ensure fiscal stability.

You will oversee branch programming, donor relations, and reporting, while guiding staff and contractors to advance the organization’s environmental mission.

• Experience in non-profit or advocacy settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising efforts and secure grants to support programming.
• Coordinate with Board and Bookkeeper on budgets and monthly reports.

• Represent the organization professionally and maintain donor relationships.
