Ontario Tech University in Oshawa is seeking a Program Assistant on a limited-term basis to provide administrative support for co-op programming and to act as a liaison with the Academic Advising department.
You will advise students on co-op and internship matters, help design surveys, coordinate employer visits, and support events and promotions. Strong MS Office skills and communication are essential.

The Program Assistant will provide administrativesupport, and contribute to strategies and processes that will further developcooperative education. Acting as a key liaison with the Academic Advisingdepartment, the Program Assistant will also advise and direct students on allprogram matters pertaining to the co‑op and internship program, as well as their academic program upon their return.

This position falls within the bargaining unit represented by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the collective agreement between the university and the OPSEU.
