About The Role
The part-time Program Assistant provides a wide range of administration support and event coordination for the Office and works with the manager to support the Associate Dean Indigeneity and the Indigenous Education Reconciliation Council.

Qualifications
High school graduation and one year of post-secondary education or formal training in office administration, word processing, spreadsheet, proofreading/editing, project management, and office procedures. 3 years of minimum experience. An equivalent combination of formal education, certificate/program of study ad experience is acceptable.
- Excellent knowledge of office practices, methods, and equipment (technology).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and complete a high volume of work within deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

The assignment end date is September 30, 2025.
Priority will be given to qualified registered SFU students who must submit a Summer 2025 class schedule with their application. This is a part-time position working 35 hours biweekly. There is 1 position available.
