Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Analyst to support multiple energy efficiency programs. This entry‑level role involves day‑to‑day program operations, rebate processing, data tracking, reporting, and coordinating with customers and clients while gaining hands‑on experience in the energy efficiency space.

You’ll work with internal teams, stakeholders, and external customers, with opportunities to learn and grow in a collaborative environment and in‑office presence 1–2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Environmental Studies, Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, or a recent graduate with strong transferable skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, IF statements, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or community-focused programs.
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day program operations, rebate processing, data tracking, reporting, and coordination with customers and clients.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate customer communications and follow-ups.

• Track and manage program data, schedules, and key metrics
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using Excel and PowerPointl

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and customers
• Manage your workload independently while knowing when to ask questions
• Work in the office 1-2 days per week as required

Exciting candidates will have…

• 0–2 years of relevant experience, or a recent graduate with strong transferable skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, IF statements, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn on the job
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team
• Comfort adapting to changing priorities and managing ambiguity
• Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or community‑focused programs
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools (an asset, not required)

Targeted Compensation:

$30/h

Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements

If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and any federal regulations for extra-provincial operations, including hours-of-service and safety fitness requirements.
