Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring an entry-level Program Analyst to support multiple energy efficiency programs. This role covers day-to-day operations, rebate processing, data tracking, and customer coordination while gaining hands-on experience in energy efficiency.

You will work with diverse stakeholders and contribute to impactful program outcomes. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and an interest in sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Environmental Studies, Engineering or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience, or a recent graduate with strong transferable skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, IF statements, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
  • Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools (an asset, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day program operations, rebate processing, data tracking, reporting, and customer and client coordination.
  • Coordinate customer communications, and follow-ups.
  • Process rebate applications and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Track and manage program data, schedules, and key metrics.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with invoicing, data reconciliation, and general program administration.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and customers.
  • Manage workload independently while knowing when to ask questions.
  • Work in the office 1–2 days per week as required.
