AlayaCare, based in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead customer-facing implementations across Canada. You will drive requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, testing, training, and the delivery of high‑quality projects for public sector, non‑profit, and private clients.
You will partner with Account Managers, support digital transformation, coach Implementation Specialists, and help evolve repeatable services offerings.

The Professional Services Consultant plays a critical, customer-facing and internal role that enables the growth of professional services. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and execution of professional services-led implementations and projects. You will lead customer and internal stakeholders, apply subject matter expertise in the AlayaCare platform and the home care industry, and help customers achieve value through high-quality project deliverables.
This position will focus on public sector, non-profit, and private customers located in Canada.
This role is based in the Greater Toronto Area. At AlayaCare, our hybrid model includes set in-office collaboration days (twice per week), and it is expected that team members are present in the office on those days to foster connection, innovation, and teamwork.

This expected hiring range applies only to candidates hired to perform work in Ontario. This role represents an existing vacancy at AlayaCare. AlayaCare uses artificial intelligence enabled tools to support certain aspects of the recruitment process. All hiring decisions are made by our hiring teams.
Expected Hiring Range
$85,000 - $100,000 CAD
